| Key Lime Cake III |
"This is a totally wet cake. Very clean to make. If you like key lime, you may love this cake."
Ingredients :
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package deal lemon cake blend
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- four eggs
- 1 (3 ounce) package deal lime flavored Jell-O® blend
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (eight ounce) bundle cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sparkling lime juice
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar

- Combine cake mix, gelatin blend, oil, eggs and orange juice. Pour into three 8 inch cake pans. Bake in step with instructions on container. Allow to chill, then frost.
- To make the frosting: In a massive bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add lime juice and confectioners sugar. Mix properly.
