Banana Drops

"A fruity cookie that melts to your mouth. For folks who love bananas, you may replace the vanilla extract with greater banana extract."

Ingredients :

2 half cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
7/eight cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/four teaspoon banana extract
2 eggs
three ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Preheat oven to 400 tiers F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium size mixing bowl, sift collectively flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate small bowl, integrate 2 tablespoons brown sugar with cinnamon, set aside.
In a medium length mixing bowl, beat together 3/four cup brown sugar with the butter or margarine, vanilla and banana extract until the mixture is mild in texture. Beat in the eggs. Mix inside the banana. Slowly mix the flour aggregate into the egg, banana and sugar combination. Fold in nuts. Drop the dough by way of teaspoonful onto the prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle the cookies with the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon prepared in advance.
Bake eight to ten minutes, till gently browned.
