Ingredients :
- 1 half of cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- three/four cup white sugar
- three tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/four cup chopped walnuts
