Bake Sale Lemon Bars

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups all-cause flour
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
three/four cup butter or margarine, softened
three eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
three tablespoons all-reason flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/three cup confectioners' sugar for adornment

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 375 levels F (one hundred ninety stages C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Combine the flour, 2/three cup confectioners' sugar, and butter. Pat dough into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 mins inside the preheated oven, till barely golden. While the crust is baking, whisk collectively eggs, white sugar, flour, and lemon juice until frothy. Pour this lemon mixture over the new crust.
Return to the preheated oven for a further 20 to 25 mins, or till mild golden brown. Cool on a twine rack. Dust the top with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares.
