Prawns of Passion

Ingredients :

1 cup butter, divided
1 medium head garlic, peeled and minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 pounds large prawns - peeled, deveined and butterflied
1 medium head garlic, peeled and minced

Instructions :
