"This is my husband's favored cake. It is two layers of yellow cake with a lemonade flavored ice cream middle. Wonderful on a warm day."

1 quart vanilla ice cream
6 drops red meals coloring
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade listen, thawed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
