Lemon Bars II |
"This is a version of the Lemon Bars I used to make. I preferred the lemon filling to be among the layers of dough so I altered my recipe."
Ingredients :
- three cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- four egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- three tablespoons all-reason flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- half cup lemon juice
