Leek and Meat Fritters

Ingredients :

  • 4 leeks
  • 1 pound floor lamb
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, beaten
  • half cup oil for frying

Instructions :
