Greek Pasta Salad II |
"This is a recipe my mother came up with whilst we were snowed in. Serve it warm or cold. Use flavored feta to feature a few extra seasoning to your dish."
Ingredients :
- 1 (sixteen ounce) package deal rotini pasta
- 1 (10 ounce) bundle frozen chopped spinach
- three tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 7 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper to taste

- Bring a big pot of gently salted water to a boil. Add pasta and prepare dinner for eight to ten minutes or till al dente; drain and reserve. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium warmth, convey water to a boil. Add spinach and prepare dinner for five mins or till spinach is gentle; drain and reserve.
- In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil and saute garlic until golden; upload pasta and spinach and mix.
- Remove from warmness and permit cool for ten mins. Add feta and dill; blend nicely and serve.
