Ritz® Cookies

"A very tasty cookie."

Ingredients :

1 cup white sugar
three egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 buttery spherical crackers
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions :

Crumble crackers finely in blending bowl and add pecans. In every other bowl, add half of cup sugar to overwhelmed egg whites slowly and beat till very stiff. Add closing half cup sugar slowly. Add vanilla. Fold this combination into crackers and nuts.
Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 tiers F (one hundred seventy five degrees C) until mild brown.

Notes :
