- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- Heat oil in a big stockpot over medium warmth. Saute onions and bell pepper until gentle. Add garlic, ground red meat and stew meat and prepare dinner until the beef is not pink, about 10 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, beef broth and kidney beans to the stockpot, cowl and produce to a boil.
