Ingredients :
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups white sugar
- four cups all-reason flour
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon floor cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup raisins

- Preheat oven to 350 tiers F (one hundred seventy five stages C). Grease and flour three 8 inch round cake layer pans.
