Lower Fat Potato Soup

"This is a low fat, but delicious soup, top for both a main course or as a soup direction. I shared it with my weight loss group, and that they loved it too!"

Ingredients :

1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 (14.Five ounce) cans fats-unfastened fowl broth
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pinch dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to flavor
1 half of cups skim milk
half cup potato flakes
