- 1 cup sliced leeks
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 2/3 cups fowl broth
- four cups milk
- 1 1/three cups potato flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- half of teaspoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley

- Melt the butter in a big pot over medium warmth. Saute the leeks and onion in the butter for five minutes, or till soft. Pour inside the broth and the milk and mix properly.
