| Like No One Else's Fruit Salad Dressing |
"This 'secret' recipe has been inside the family for years. If you promise not to tell, I will percentage it with you! The elements might also sound peculiar and at the beginning it smells sort of humorous, but just you wait!!! Wow, is it right!"
Ingredients :
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- three/four teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 16 large marshmallows, halved
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- On top of a double boiler, beat together the egg yolks, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt. Cook over medium warmth till combination will become thick. Remove from heat. Add the marshmallows to the mixture and stir till dissolved.
- Whip half pint of the whipping cream till smooth peaks form, and then fold it into the cooked ingredients. If aggregate is too thick, thin it by using adding a bit cream or fruit juice. Add on your favourite fruit salad and use sufficient dressing to make it the consistency you desire.
- Store dressing, tightly blanketed, in the fridge for every week or so.
