- four cups confectioners' sugar
- four tablespoons dry milk powder
- 4 tablespoons water
- 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 half of teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg white

- Cream together shortening and half of the confectioners' sugar.
- Mix together powdered milk and water. Add to the creamed aggregate together with the relaxation of the confectioners' sugar. Mix nicely.
- Stir within the unsweetened chocolate, salt, vanilla and unbeaten egg white. Mix nicely and beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
