O' Henry Slice

"An excellent bar. Best served the next day as the graham crackers melt and grow to be a layer inside the bar. They also freeze well."

Ingredients :

15 graham crackers
half of cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flaked coconut
half of cup chopped walnuts
half cup chopped cherries (non-compulsory)
2 half of cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons butter
three tablespoons milk

Instructions :

Line a 9 x nine inch pan with graham crackers.
Boil collectively half cup butter or margarine, 1 cup brown sugar and scant half cup milk for two mins.
