| Elizabeth Dole's Pecan Roll Cookies |
"This recipe is from the 1996 Dole-Clinton presidential marketing campaign."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/four cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon bloodless water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-reason flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
