Ingredients :
- 18 oz. Dried apricots
- 1 3/four cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
- 1 3/four cups white sugar
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

- Preheat oven to four hundred levels F (205 levels C).
- Slice the dried apricots in 1/2. Rinse them with water. Place them in a sauce pan with the water, bring to a boil and prepare dinner for 5 minutes.
