- 1 carrot, finely chopped

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked cannellini beans, tired and rinsed
- eight oz macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/four cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to flavor
