  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • three cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • half of tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
