Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 banana, diced
- three cups all-motive flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- half of teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/four cups soy milk
